To successfully separate trityl-off, deprotected oligonucleotides, HPLC columns need to have high resolving power and be robust enough to withstand challenging conditions.

If HPLC columns do not provide enough resolution, you cannot be sure your results are accurate. If columns are not robust, you will have to replace them frequently, which disrupts your workflow and increase your costs.

AdvanceBio oligonucleotide columns feature high efficiency, 2.7 μm superficially porous Poroshell particles. Using technology exclusive to Agilent, we chemically modify the particles to make them exceedingly resistant to high pH mobile phases. We also bond them with an end-capped C18 phase that delivers excellent selectivity for oligonucleotides. In addition, we test every batch of AdvanceBio oligonucleotide media with a resolution standard to ensure consistent performance.
