NEW Agilent 4 um AdvanceBio Oligonucleotide Columns




AdvanceBio Oligonucleotide columns offer high-quality, high-resolution ion-pair reversed-phase (IP-RP) column chemistry platform that support analytical characterization through purification with seamless method scale-up. To successfully separate trityl-off, deprotected oligonucleotides, HPLC columns need to have high resolving power and be robust enough to withstand high pH and temperature, which provide better separation and denaturing conditions for optimal resolution and oligonucleotide separation.

AdvanceBio Oligonucleotide columns feature high efficiency, 2.7 and 4 μm superficially porous Poroshell particles. Using technology exclusive to Agilent, we chemically modify the particles to make them exceedingly resistant to high pH mobile phases. We also bond them with an end-capped C18 phase that delivers excellent selectivity for oligonucleotides. In addition, we test every batch of AdvanceBio Oligonucleotide media with a resolution standard to ensure consistent performance. AdvanceBio products are designed to deliver consistent, exceptional performance for the complete characterization and bioanalysis of proteins, antibodies, conjugates, new biological entities and biopharmaceuticals.
