Millipore Detect Modulator Of Apoptosis 1 Using This Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody, Anti-Map1 Antibody Validated For Use In Western Blotting. - Mill (Additional S&H or Hazmat Fees May Apply)
Modulator of apoptosis 1 (MAP1) is a member of the PNMA family. This protein contains a BH3-like domain and induces caspase-dependent apoptosis in mammalian cells when overexpressed and is required for death receptor-dependent apoptosis. MAP1 is ubiquitously expressed with higher levels found in heart and brain.
