As an Order Management Specialist, under the Fulfillment team, your expertise won't just maintain but enhance our daily order fulfillment’s efficacy and accuracy, ensuring our solutions are depicted precisely and compellingly to our varied clientele.

 

Core Responsibilities

 

·  Sales Order and Data Entry:
   ·  Efficiently input sales orders and data into relevant systems with precision and accuracy.
   ·  Maintain meticulous records of sales transactions to ensure data integrity and timely order processing.


·  Customer Communication and Support:
   ·  Handle incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally, taking accurate messages and directing calls as needed.
   ·  Address customer inquiries regarding order placement, pricing, delivery status, and other order management concerns with clarity and courtesy.


·  E-commerce Order Fulfillment Management:
   ·  Navigate and manage e-commerce order fulfillment systems to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
   ·  Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to optimize fulfillment processes and minimize delays.


·  Flexible Schedule Availability:
   ·  Be available to work during evenings and weekends as needed to support business operations and meet customer demands.
   ·  Adapt to changing schedules and workload demands with flexibility and a proactive approach.


·  Adaptability and Continuous Improvement:
   ·  Embrace changes in duties, responsibilities, and activities, demonstrating agility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
   ·  Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the implementation of enhancements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

 

Aligning and Collaborating Internally
Directly reporting to the Customer Fulfillment Manager, your role is not insular but interconnected, requiring synergy with Accounts Receivable, Warehouse, and Sales Teams.

You will be navigating through a professional/warehouse office environment, deploying standard office equipment, and embracing a typically 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday work schedule. Although travel is not a requisite, flexibility in work schedules to meet business needs is appreciated.

 

Your Qualifications

·  A minimum of 3 years in Order Management, Order Entry, Data Entry, Customer Service/Administrative Assistant role.
·  Excellent customer service and communication skills, both oral and written.
·  Positive and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with others.
·  Microsoft Office XP and Microsoft Dynamics GP preferred.
